Appointments for Patients

If you need to be seen, please call Scheduling to make an apponitment. Call 543-6442 or 1-800-478-3321.

YKHC cares about customer service. We want to shorten wait times for all our patients. All patients need to check in at registration 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

If you are late for your check-in, you will lose your appointment and you may have to reschedule for another day.

If you cannot make your appointment, please call to cancel and reschedule. Remember to check in at Registration 30 mintues before your appointment.

For emergencies, please go to the Emergency Room.

Advanced Access

YKHC's patient care system, called Advanced Access, allows us to provide better care to our patients by substantially reducing the time you must wait for an appointment.
